A “Pinduoduo warehouse” usually means the China address of a purchasing agent or parcel forwarder. It is not necessarily a warehouse owned or operated by Pinduoduo. The seller sends your order to that China address, the warehouse matches the domestic parcel to your account, and you decide what should happen before international shipping.
That distinction matters. A Pinduoduo order can show delivered while your international shipment has not started. “Delivered” may only mean that the seller’s domestic courier handed the parcel to the China warehouse.

Before ordering: use the exact warehouse address and account code
Copy the warehouse address from your forwarding account instead of rewriting it from memory. Keep every required element, including the recipient name, phone number, district, street details, and any customer or suite code used to identify your parcel.
Before paying the seller, also confirm:
- whether the product is eligible for an available international route;
- whether the warehouse accepts the item category, dimensions, and quantity;
- whether batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, food, branded goods, or other controlled items require special handling;
- whether you need purchasing help or only parcel forwarding;
- which domestic tracking number the seller will provide.

Step 2: check-in is not the same as inspection
Warehouse check-in normally confirms that a parcel was received and linked to an account. It does not automatically prove that the seller sent the correct model, size, color, quantity, or condition.
If a decision depends on a visible detail, request that check before consolidation. Useful requests include:
- photograph the size or color label;
- count visible units;
- show the outer carton and any obvious damage;
- confirm whether a product box, accessory, or manual is present;
- measure the parcel or item when the service allows it.
Describe exactly what needs to appear in the photo. A general photo may not answer a specific question. Warehouse checks also have limits: a photo does not certify authenticity, hidden defects, material composition, regulatory compliance, battery condition, or long-term performance.
Step 3: resolve problems before international packing
If an item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or no longer wanted, pause it before the warehouse combines or exports it. Confirm who controls the Pinduoduo order and can open the after-sales request. - which parcels are included and which are being held back;
- whether seller packaging should be kept or removed;

The shipping party may ask for an item description, quantity, value, material, intended use, or product link. Provide accurate information that matches the purchase records. Do not ask the warehouse to describe commercial goods as gifts or to declare an artificial value to avoid import charges.
For resale quantities or regulated products, confirm destination-country requirements before approving dispatch. A warehouse photo check is not a substitute for product certification, labeling, licensing, or importer obligations.

What does “custom declaration complete” mean?
The exact wording depends on the carrier and tracking platform. In general, “custom declaration complete” or a similar message means that a declaration-related step has been completed in the logistics system. It does not necessarily mean that:
- the parcel has passed destination import clearance;
- all duties or taxes have been paid;
- the shipment has boarded an aircraft;
- the parcel is ready for local delivery.
Check the event location and the statuses immediately before and after it. Export declaration, export release, international departure, destination arrival, import clearance, and last-mile delivery are separate milestones.
Step 6: approve dispatch only after the final data is clear
Before releasing the shipment, verify the recipient name, phone number, address, postal code, destination country, carton count, weight, dimensions, route, charging method, declaration data, and any excluded charges.
