A practical first-order guide for Brazilian buyers using Pinduoduo, covering China delivery, warehouse checks, CPF requirements, Brazil’s current parcel-tax framework and the limits of a forwarding service.
You can buy Pinduoduo products for delivery to Brazil, but most orders need two separate stages: the seller sends the parcel to an address in China, then a purchasing or forwarding service checks the parcel and arranges international shipment. Before paying, confirm the product can travel, decide who will place the order, and understand how Brazil will identify and tax the recipient.

1. Decide who will place the domestic order
If your Pinduoduo account and payment method work, you may order directly and use your assigned China warehouse address. Enter the warehouse recipient reference exactly as instructed so the parcel can be matched to your account.
Use purchasing assistance if you cannot complete payment, read the listing confidently or communicate with the seller. 2. Check the product before checkout
Save the listing, variation and seller promises. Ask for a route check before buying batteries, liquids, powders, cosmetics, food, medicine, magnets, branded goods or oversized items. A product accepted for domestic delivery in China is not automatically accepted for export or admission into Brazil. For ordinary goods, estimate the full landed cost rather than comparing only the product price:
goods + China delivery + purchasing/payment fees + inspection or repacking + international freight + Brazil taxes and clearance charges
International freight normally depends on the packed actual or volumetric weight, so the final comparison often has to wait until the warehouse measures the parcel.
3. Define the warehouse check
When the parcel arrives, ask for observable evidence: parcel count, selected variation, quantity, visible damage, accessories and packaging condition. For fragile goods, specify cushioning or stronger outer packaging. If several sellers are involved, wait until the intended parcels arrive before deciding whether consolidation is suitable.
A warehouse photo can document what is visible. It does not prove authenticity, electrical safety, chemical composition or compliance with Brazilian rules. Resolve a wrong item while it is still in China and while the seller’s return process remains available.

4. Prepare the Brazilian recipient correctly
Brazil’s Receita Federal states that an international parcel needs a regular CPF or CNPJ, and Correios says the recipient name must match the Receita Federal registration. Enter the legal recipient name, CPF, telephone number, street details and postal code consistently. A mismatch can delay the declaration or require correction.
If Correios handles the last mile, use its official Minhas Importações environment to link the CPF or CNPJ, follow customs processing and pay official charges when requested. Do not pay through an unverified message or link.
5. Do not assume a low-value parcel is tax-free
Brazil’s current rules distinguish purchases made by individuals on e-commerce sites certified under Programa Remessa Conforme (PRC) from purchases outside that programme. For declarations registered from 12 May 2026, Receita Federal says a qualifying PRC purchase by an individual has 0% federal Import Tax up to US$50; above US$50, the federal rate is 60% with a US$30 deduction. ICMS still applies at 17%–20%, depending on the state.
Do not assume a Pinduoduo order routed through a China warehouse qualifies for PRC treatment. If taxes were not collected by a certified checkout, the general treatment can apply on arrival. The customs value includes the goods, freight and insurance when applicable. Check the Receita Federal international-purchases rules and its official calculator for the current scenario.
Never request an inaccurate description or an undervalued declaration. The recipient remains responsible for the import information, taxes and any product-specific requirements.
6. Approve dispatch only after the final review
Before authorising international shipment, confirm:
- all intended parcels have arrived and belong to you;
- the visible item, variation and quantity match the order;
- restricted properties have been disclosed;
- packed weight, dimensions and packaging are acceptable;
- the recipient name and CPF are correct;
- the customs description and value are truthful;
- the proposed route accepts the item and destination postcode; and
- you understand which charges are estimates and which are already collected.
