Already paid a Chinese seller? Connect each domestic parcel to your warehouse account, agree checks and packing, then approve the actual shipment to Luxembourg.

Already paid for goods on Taobao, 1688 or another Chinese platform? You may need forwarding rather than another purchase. YDA Express’s Package Forwarding service provides a personal China warehouse address after registration. Use it to connect your seller orders to warehouse receipts, then approve the actual parcels for international shipment to Luxembourg.
Start by giving the forwarding provider the product details, domestic tracking numbers and your destination. Confirm acceptance and receiving instructions before directing any further parcels there. A seller’s “delivered” status is only one handover record; it does not establish that every item has been identified, checked and made ready for packing.
Keep buying and forwarding responsibilities separate
You remain the buyer on your own platform account. Keep the order details, payment evidence and seller conversation available, including return deadlines. Agree which tasks the warehouse will perform: receiving, requested photographs, holding particular parcels, repacking or dispatch preparation.
If the seller has not shipped, use the warehouse address and customer identifier assigned to you. Do not copy an example or another customer’s details. If a parcel is already travelling, send its tracking information promptly and ask whether anything needs correcting; do not assume the warehouse can recover every misaddressed parcel.
Build the order-to-parcel record
One order may arrive in several domestic parcels. Several orders may also share a seller’s delivery. Record the relationship instead of treating an order number as a tracking number.
For each incoming parcel, keep:
- the seller and platform order;
- selected model, size, colour, quantity and accessories;
- domestic carrier and complete tracking number;
- items expected inside that parcel;
- your warehouse account or customer reference;
- any remaining parcel still to come.
Tell the provider when a seller changes a tracking number or sends a replacement. Save the original record as well. This prevents a replacement from being mistaken for an extra purchase or an incomplete order from being marked ready.
Reconcile domestic delivery with warehouse receipt
When tracking says delivered, compare it with the warehouse’s own receiving record. If the parcel is not yet associated with your account, ask what information is missing. Supply the carrier, tracking number, delivery date, seller details and expected contents.
A useful enquiry is specific: “This domestic parcel shows delivered, but I cannot match it to my receiving record. It should contain these items under this customer reference.”
Ask the warehouse to confirm the match. Avoid creating a second receiving entry merely because the first one is not visible yet; first establish whether the parcel is awaiting identification, registration or another action.
Authorise checks that answer your question
Receipt is not approval of the goods. If you need to compare a label, count accessories or see visible damage, request that work before packing. Agree its scope and any charge.
Name the exact order and what the photographs should show. “Photograph the selected model label and the complete accessory set” is more actionable than “check everything”. Ordinary photographs cannot establish authenticity, internal performance or regulatory compliance.
If something differs, instruct the warehouse to hold the affected parcel separately while you contact the seller. Do not discard retail packaging or seller labels before the return requirements are known.
Decide what must arrive before packing
List the parcels you want included and those still outstanding. Set a decision point for a delayed seller: wait, dispatch the available goods, or resolve that purchase separately. Storage and a seller’s return window are different arrangements; confirm each rather than assuming one extends the other.
For example, three paid orders might produce four domestic parcels. Packing after only three arrive could leave part of a set behind. The important question is whether the expected contents are complete, not whether the number of boxes looks right.
State which packaging must remain, what may be removed and which goods need separate protection. Ask for confirmation before the plan changes.
Approve the final cartons, not an earlier estimate
After the packing work, request the final carton count, measurements, weight and contents allocation. If there are two cartons, keep a record of which items are in each. Retain the connection back to the paid orders and domestic parcel records.
Compare the available service using those final facts. Ask who handles destination clearance, which charges are included, who pays any excluded import or delivery charges, and which operator is expected to make the Luxembourg handover. Do not read “international shipping” as an answer to every part of that scope.
Confirm the recipient’s name, contact details and actual delivery arrangement. The Luxembourg home-address and PackUp guide covers that separate address decision. POST itself explains that some carriers do not deliver to PackUp stations; a PackUp account alone does not establish compatibility with your chosen service. POST guidance was checked on 8 November 2026; confirm the selected carrier service again before dispatch.
Give one clear dispatch instruction
Your approval should identify the cartons, destination and selected service, and record any unresolved item being held. Ask for the outbound reference and any later local tracking reference when available.
Keep the shipment record after departure. If POST later requests purchase documents, use the multiple-order document-request guide rather than rebuilding the order history from memory.
Send YDA Express your paid-order and parcel information to confirm the receiving instructions and which operations need your separate approval. Authorise dispatch only when that plan matches the goods and cartons actually ready to leave.
