Which service do you need?
Use the product and the task to decide.
You already have a Taobao, Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo or 1688 link. A shopping or buying agent is usually the closest match when you need payment or seller communication.

A responsible agent can follow instructions and document agreed work, but normally cannot guarantee:

Shopping agent, proxy shopping and daigou
These terms are sometimes used for similar consumer-purchasing services, but context matters.
