By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
YdaExpress provides cross-border logistics services including purchasing assistance, product link submission, warehouse receiving, inspection, storage, consolidation, splitting, packing, outbound processing, international express, dedicated lines, postal or air shipping quotes, tracking, billing and customs documentation assistance. Availability, prices, timing and restrictions depend on the website, customer service confirmation and actual carrier rules.
2. Account and Accurate Information
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, verification codes and devices, and for all activities under your account. Sender and recipient details, product descriptions, quantities, values, materials, brands, links, images and customs documents must be true, accurate and complete. Delays, returns, seizures, penalties or losses caused by incorrect, missing or false information are your responsibility.
3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
You must not submit, store or ship items prohibited or restricted by law, platform rules, carrier rules or destination regulations, including dangerous goods, weapons, drugs, illegal publications, counterfeit or infringing goods, live animals or plants, cash, securities, cultural relics and other prohibited items. Batteries, liquids, powders, food, medicine, cosmetics and magnetic items may require special channels and declarations.
4. Prices, Payment and Fees
Shipping fees, service fees, storage fees, handling fees, surcharges, remote area fees, taxes, duties, return fees and address correction fees may change based on weight, volume, route, destination, carrier rules, exchange rates and actual operations. Final charges are based on actual weighing, channel rules, invoices or system confirmation. Unpaid orders may be suspended.
5. Transit Time and Customs
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual timing may be affected by warehouse processing, flights, carriers, customs, destination delivery, weather, holidays, strikes, epidemics, war, inspections, force majeure and other factors. Import duties, taxes, documents and destination compliance requirements are usually borne by the recipient or user.
6. Receipt, Exceptions and After-Sales
Recipients should monitor tracking and cooperate with delivery, tax payment, customs clearance and pickup. If damage, shortage, wrong shipment or other exceptions occur, keep the box, label, contents, photos, videos and proof of receipt, and contact us promptly through the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, market price changes, customs decisions, or losses caused by carriers or third parties. Direct losses attributable to us are limited to actual service fees, carrier compensation standards, insurance terms or written agreements.
8. Suspension, Updates and Disputes
We may restrict, suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, are suspected of fraud, fail to pay fees, submit illegal or high-risk goods, or create compliance risks. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at YdaExpress's place of business.
